• Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes, free of mascara, lash strips, lash glue, oils, or heavy skincare products.
• Avoid waterproof mascara, lash serums, or oil-based products for 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
• Do not receive lash lifts, tints, or extensions on the same lashes within 4 weeks of your appointment unless booking a fill.
• Avoid curling your lashes on the day of your appointment.
• If you wear contact lenses, please remove them prior to your service for comfort.
• Inform your lash artist of any eye sensitivities, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent eye procedures before your service.
• Keep lashes completely dry for the first 24 hours after your service.
• Avoid steam, saunas, swimming, sweating, hot showers, or intense exercise for 24–48 hours.
• Do not apply mascara, lash serums, or eye makeup for 24 hours unless otherwise directed.
• Avoid rubbing, pulling, or sleeping directly on your lashes.
• Use only oil-free makeup removers and skincare products around the eye area.
• Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie to maintain shape and longevity.
• Schedule lash fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness and retention.
